The coating is advertised as scratch resistant, even after 350,000 scrapes.
I've scratched more than one non-stick pan over the years that way, and once you have a scratch, it's always downhill from there.
Price
Though expensive, you do get what you pay for.
I've been using some pots and pans from cheap stores around just to get by because getting anything really nice costs a lot.

Upon opening the box for this pan, i stunned on how good this pan looks.
Competitiveness
Overall i'm happy with the two pans but they are priced at mid-tier level compared to other well known brands.
Unless you are used to circulon, it's a different feel and rhythm to cooking.

That sort of simple kitchen etiquette is hard for me to stay consistent with which often ends up with me noticing smoke then running over to find the rice burning because i confused the 45 min type for the 15 minute type

I guess if you look at it one way its a good sign because it shows i eat a lot of rice based foods and that is collateral damage

The nonstick surface appears thicker and feels more substantial than other nonstick pans ive used and a lot of thought went into the handle design
