Pros

I wish i had gotten it sooner but couldn't bring myself to spring for $75. Circulon products are a hidden gem. I wish it was a little wider though.

This is the best cookware i have ever encountered. Everything cooked in this skillet comes out better than cheaper cookware. It is hard to find a pan like this in a 6 quart.

It fits the burner precisely and the high sides prevent splatter all over the stove top. It has a metal top when i expected a glass top. But that notwithstanding, the pan is very sturdy and can apparently go into the oven.

I highly recommend this pan for individuals who need large capacity and hate scrubbing pans. Love being able to put it in the dishwasher for easy clean-up. Very easy cleanup and the little handle on the other side is a must.

Sturdy and roomy. Only negative is the weight. The infinite model series is nice and weighty without being too heavy. It is heavy which is good but not tooheavy.

Cons

No matter how much you pay for a nonstick pan, no matter what the warranty is or what the description says, they have a short life. Lid does not fit tight enough for a really good seal; it just'sits' on the top edge.

I never thought a skillet could make such a difference in the quality of the food, but it does.

I know i will never have to invest in pans again, never i ever seen quality such as this.

Packaging/appearance

The skillet cleans up so easily and looks as new as the day i took it out of the box.

None of them were perfectly flat and heated unevenly on the glass-top.

So i bought this pan because of the easy cleaning and the upgraded coating.
