Pros & Cons
Pros
The circulon pan features a circular ridged interior base that stops metal utensils scraping the non stick surface. It is also oven safe to 400f/204c gas mark 6. The handle is comfortable to use and has a good grip.
This is a mid sized pan good for one person omelettes or for frying small batches of meat. Concerns about the designed ridges in the pan proved to be nothing to worry about as we have had no calamities at all so far.
Cons
Heavy handle defeats the purpose of owning one. Will lose its effectiveness over time.
Highlights
Quality
The quality and even heat distribution makes the price worth it!
You can get cheaper pans but for the quality, this is a good buy.
This review is for the 22cm version, the first thing i noticed was how sturdy this pan is.
Competitiveness
Have bought and used circulon products before and if you look after them they will consistently perform well.
We have a few circulon products and will definitely replace the other make that we have.
Now i have to pay for the larger one at a higher price.
Would be interested to see what other circulon products are like.

Meyer state that due to it being hard anodised it will be fine with metal kitchen tools however it is always good practice to stick with wood or silicone tools
