Pros
The best baking sheets i've had in nearly 5 decades of cooking. They are sturdy enough that they don't pop up in the middle or at one end of the pan while baking in the oven. Very sturdy, bakes perfect cookies.
Cons
The photo included is after roasting cauliflower — something that should be fine to do and the pan is completely ruined. The outsides get burnt and the food in the center of the oven is undercooked. The nonstick coating is not the best as food still l... Read More
Soaking, soaps, different cleaning utensils are no use. The fact that you can't even put them in the dishwasher adds to the overhead of using these things. Once the surface is nicked rust sets in.

Overall they have worked well and are sturdy, we tend to use them with parchment paper now to accommodate the cleaning issue.
Easy to clean, nice even heat, and very sturdy.
Both pans are completely covered in dark brown cooked-on oil and no method has been able to remove it.
It is heavy and not manufactured like the ones from the dollar store.
