Pros

This thing cleans up nice and easy without any kind of pretreatment(butter, flour, shortening etc). The pan is easy to clean, the top fits snugly.

The weight and workmanship is excellent. The lid is great for transporting to church functions, like potlucks. I like that the lid is raised quite a bit above the pan, so that frosting doesn't gets stuck on the lid.

It bakes evenly,nothing sticks to it. The metal helps create a nice crispy bottom crust on pastry dishes.

This is a non-stick surface that is true to its claim. No rust, stick, warp, or hassle. Thick coating is scratch resistant.

It's not air tight, but it fits snugly without being hard to open. Lid fits tight and keeps air out. It's deep enough and the lid raised enough that your cake tops don't get messed up. Not as deep as i thought it would be, but that’s my fault for not ... Read More

Cons

The redesigned the lid is now rather difficult to remove. Wont fit in my toaster oven with a 14 inch opening. The lid is unbelievably difficult to get off.
