The only problem is that the plastic cap where the hot water pours out of started to melt within only a few times of use and its not like we leave it whistle for any amount of time

I do agree if you are trying to get the last bit of hot water out of it into a cup you do have to practically turn it upside down to get it out and jiggle it around
