It takes months they tell you you have misused the products i hand washed mine and they were not exposed to any extreme temperatures you send pictures and then they want you to resend hoping you get fed up if they drag it out for months i had to buy new stuff from another supplier as i couldn’t do without for so long
Not a lifetime warranty for you it also took me longer than 3 months so i had to buy another brand to keep me going therefor not ‘no hassle’ and the same item only lasted 6 months and one year therefore not 15 times longer as advertis
