Pros & Cons

Pros

The ceramic bearings on the pivot make it smooth as warm, melty butter. The blade grind itself is uniform and very sharp. The finish of the steel looks great, and it was razor sharp out of the box.

The quality of this knife is fantastic. While such a degree of beauty and perfection may not be necessary in a “pocket knife,” it’s noticeable and pleasing.

Scales are in good shape, blade opens and closes nicely and sits centered in the frame when closed. The satin finish is very nice, the micarta scales feels very nice.

I use this knife a lot and it just keeps going without a hitch. Now that i got a good one, it's a terrific knife - one of my favorites.

The action is snappy, solid, and smooth. Also, the action is flawless. Very fidget friendly.

Cons

This knife is slippery - the micarta handles have no grip at all. The last thing you want when flipping your knife is it to slide out of your grip. Tried a little hoppes 9 to no avail.

Quality

The materials are top notch and the quality excellent.

I am very pleased and very impressed.

I can only hope the appearance of quality is echoed in durability and serviceability over time.

The materials are of high quality, and the overall fit and finish is outstanding.

Price

It’s hard to beat this brand for quality and price.

Shipping

Tl;dr: elementum is unassuming, fast, sharp, and lightweight.

The pivot works like butter and feels fast- faster than my kershaw brawler, at least.

Packaging/appearance

Of the many modern knives i own this one is the smoothest out of the box.

Extra bonus for the excessive case , packaging and stickers etc.

First, the ceramic bearings on the pivot make it smooth as warm, melty butter right out of the box.

Competitiveness

I wanted one in the olive micarta.

Even over a benchmade that costs 3x as much.

It's also about the same size and nearly as light as my benchmade which cost 4x as much.
