Pros

Action was a bit gritty out of the box, but now it's smooth and buttery. I prefer the clip to be mounted at the pivot, but that's a small complaint. Knife-handle lockup is absolutely solid.

Stainless blade steel, 9cr18mov, is similar in composition to 440c so it's easy to sharpen. Flat grind and easily sharpened, the blade slides effortlessly under cutting tasks. Blade comes pretty sharp but could always use a good sharpening.

Great purchase plus the value and craftsmanship is fantastic. If you like the look of this knife, and the stats meet your needs, get it.

What makes the praxis shine is the blade. It impresses everyone who i have shown it to.

Cons

Action is not strong and decisive, more like action is weak, anemic. Grips feel very unfinished and the contour of the grip just does not feel natural. Pretty dissatisfied with the purchase.

Very sharp right out of the box.

I have a couple, and this one was 4/5 because the action was a bit gritty out of the box.

5 blade is not allowed to be carried in the pocket.

Competitiveness

This is the first time i have given civivi anything lower than a 5-star.

From an owner of many spyderco and benchmade knives.

Mine was the color: a-black stonewashed which is just a black liner color.

But i would put them up against my benchmade bugout or cold steel recon any day.
