Pros & Cons
Pros
This knife is worth every cent as is. It makes the available for more tasks and lessons the workload. I know my headline says for about a benjamin and the reason for that is the upgrades to the $65.
It's impossible to go wrong with this knife notwithstanding anything else. This is my 6th civivi and it does not disappoint. Nothing to dislike.
The grind is thin enough to keep it from bogging down in cardboard. I specially took it in micarta, it is more pleasant both visually and in the hand.
Every thing about this knife makes it the perfect for edc. My new favorite edc knife. Been my edc for a few months now. It's not a spyderco, but it's pretty good stuff.
The action and ergos are 10 outa 10! The ergonomics are great with a good grip on the micarta. You'll have to be a bit careful, bc slipping is easier with this type of knife.
Cons
What i don't like is how incredibly tight the hinge screw has to be to keep the blade centered. Real effort, every time.

The liner lock is very good and the blade is centered perfectly when closed.
14c28n blade is thin behind the edge and is easy to resharpen to a razor.
Clip bent after having it in my pocket for 2 days.
Price
You get a really good knife for a sub $70 manual.
This knife is worth every cent as is.
There is nowhere else that you can find a premier designer created, damascus bladed knife for under $100!
Looks way more expensive than it actually is.
Competitiveness
Ray laconico is one of the hottest knife makers and designers in the world today.
I’ve enjoyed the civivi/we line and this is the first knife with thumb stud deployment that i enjoyed more than a flipper.
The bottom line is that civivi makes a 100 dollar knife feel like a 3 or 400 dollar knife!
Overall though, civivi makes solid knives, especially for their price point.
