Pros

My first civivi knife and probably not my last. This one is no exception. This knife is beyond my expectation. It is beautiful.

The handle is a little skinnier towards the back end which is weird for me, but i love the blade! Great feel, sharp as a razor out of the box. I choose the micarta handle thinking it would have a rougher surface.

This knife is exceptionally built well. It's significantly better fit and finish than i was expecting based on the price and the steel being d2. Very well manufactured.

Cons

It's not rust but there is some form of discoloration on the blade that won't just rub off. God forbid it get wet. It is insane that they gave this award for being tactical unless tactical is now defined as looking really cool.

Very rugged and sturdy the firestarter is nice to have i would recommend buying this knife again.

Sharp as heck, nice fully adjustable sheath.

Only thing i don’t like is it’s made overseas.

The crkt belt clip is a complete joke, so i turned the blade into a kneck knife.

I would recommend it highly for those looking for an affordable edc fixed blade.

I received this blade and a civivi tamashi fixed blade the same day.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was nice just like the previous knives i’ve purchased from civivi.

Arrived very sharp, seemed to be of high quality.

Competitiveness

I wanted a camp knife, something smaller and less dangerous looking than the 'combat' knives easily available at the outdoor stores.

The difference between the 2 companies belt attachments are huge.
