The bed came complete with the exception of adding the legs to the base.
Shipping
Shipping was perfect, arrived just as scheduled.
I could tell through the box as that place was covered up with a lot of extra shipping tape.
Packaging/appearance
My adjustable bed arrived on time, properly packaged, and no damage to packaging.
We had to remove the base from the box.
Competitiveness
I've slept on a temper-pedic mattress and although it was nice - i was way too warm.
So overall this is a great base and i have a gen2 king bed.

Unfortunately on one of the beds a structural weld on a cross beam allowing the head to be elevated failed and completely sheared away
