The wife adores this mattress. This is a very affordable quality bed i would buy again.
Cons
No sleep, no softness what so ever. Not softening at all. Middle of mattress is higher than the sides.
The middle sinks so badly, it's hard to get comfortable. I have several chronic back/neck/joint issues and this bed has only made it worse. The bed is also hot, the "gel" does nothing to cool you off. This bed is just eh for the price.

I paid $349 for it though which was a great price.
Packaging/appearance
The bonus pillows were flat and there was no expansion whatsoever out of the packaging with them.

I have had several experiences with zinus brands and sweetnight in our own home as well as some airbnbs that i manage.
We have had a name brand tempur-pedic mattress for the last 11 years and loved it.
We were moving and i wanted to replace it, but not at the cost of another name brand one.

On day 4 i went ahead and ordered a 2 inch memory foam topper as it seemed like i wouldn’t be getting what i would categorize as medium plush out of this mattress

I’m 8 months pregnant and uncomfortable in general with some back pain so i don’t honestly think i would have a fantastic experience on any mattress currently

In terms of comfort it is super stiff to the touch so its not very comfortable to sit or lay on to do just that
