The mattress has a good firmness to it, while still having enough give to be comfortable. It is firmer than our previous mattress but the memory foam makes it very comfy, but not too soft or pillowy.
Cool gel chill mattress is super firm. The cool gel is perfect combo of plush and firm support. Comes with 2 pillows which we haven't used yet.
Cons
This is one of those mattresses you read about that has fiberglass shards riddled throughout. I have loose fabric on the top because in did not inflate. I let the mattress inflate for a whole week. But at less than a year old it is no longer as suppor... Read More
The manufacturer makes using the warranty difficult and if you take off the law label they won’t warranty the bed. The pamphlet that accompanies it states warranty is void. The recommended box springs which i was still cannot locate on any website.

On prime day, i noticed the price was much lower and i took a gamble and ordered it.
Packaging/appearance
Since it had to be carried up steps to the second floor, the packaging and rolled method was perfect!
He said it is very comfortable and was easy to set up once it was out of the box.
The biggest con is how awkward the packaging is when it arrives.
The adjustable base is awesome, super convenient, comfortable for my back, but the mattress sucked.
Competitiveness
It was perfect for my platform bed and the right height being thicker than the normal 10-inch or 11-inch mattress.
I upgraded to this from a full size hand-me-down spring mattress.
I also wanted to spend less than $1,000.

Pillows included are nothing to write home about but they may serve some purpose just chunks of leftovers in cases so rather thin
