Overall, the quality is superb, and it's much nicer, sturdier and hardier than i anticipated.
I would not call it soft and pillowy per say, but it is comfortable and i am pleased with the back and shoulder support.
Easy to put together, not very comfortable.
Once you get this inside and out of the box, you'll find that most of it is already pre-assembled, with the exception of the back portion.

I did notice that the fabric on the underside at the front of the chair wasn’t attached properly shown in photo but that’s an easy fix with either a hot clue gun or an upholstery nail

The base is metal so a small rug under it works if floors are hard
