Product was dented and appeared to be a previously used return. Feels like there’s no quality control or was cheaply made. This model acts as if it has no insulation at all.

Quality

Good quality and keeps hot for a good time, practically 24 hours

Nice thermos and light weight also holds 20 ounces of liquid.

Liquid tea was even warm 36 hours after placing in the bottle.

Forgot to clean it after a day or two and when i went to empty it out, the tea was still hot.

Price

The only one i will buy my other one is 30 years old worth every penny.

The packaging was secure, thus it must have happened during manufacturing or original packing.

Competitiveness

I've been wanting a stanley thermos for many years, but couldn't justify replacing my thermos brand 20oz.
