Pros

This is the thermos by which all others are judged by. It's sturdy and easy to pack or hold.

Cons

This is overpriced and very cheaply made. Manufacturer knowingly shipped it damaged. Customer service is ridiculous. Very poor business practices.

The adhesive used on the drinking cup’s sticker is unnecessary. Little pieces of green particle were found on my tea. The product came used with water inside, scratched.

This is the first insulated thermos that i have ever purchased that leaked. It looses its heat within a few hours. It states the lid is multipurpose and you can either pour liquids from the top or it can be leak resistant.
