If the herbs are of good quality, this will be a great addition to my health supplements.
I really like this supplement; the quality ingredients are excellent as far as i can tell.
I had to get it as these two ingredients together create a potent detoxification nutrient/supplement and there's neevr enough of that.
These 2 herbal ingredients known for their potential benefits in hormonal health and menopausal support.

It is a great value for the money.
I wish they were a bit more cost effective as you only get a month supply because each serving size is 2 and you only get 60 capsules.

You receive 60 capsules and the serving size is 2 capsules a day.
I just received these today and am taking 2 nightly.
Packaging/appearance
These wild yam and other ingredient supplements are packaged well and include a tamper seal for protection.
The bottle came packaged well and the supplements were easy to take.
The bottle arrived with a cellophane wrap, sealing off the bottom from tampering.
The top was shrink wrapped and there was a seal under the lid for safety.
