These are fantastic. Works as expected. They work exactly as advertised. Nothing more, nothing less.

Remove the screw below the switch. Put the screw in the beveled hole. The screw hole is tapered so only a very small extra length is required.

Cons

Not a great solution to locking the light switch. Looks funky on face plate. The pieces are too thick, so using the screws that come with the lightswitch plate won't screw in at all.
