The mats come in very bend, however, we kept the mats in the warehouse for 5 days and they went back to thier normal form.
It makes it hard to use on the floor after being rolled up, but hopefully it will flatten out later.

The only thing that is frustrating about this product is it gets dents in them if you sit in one spot too long so the chair dips in it when trying to move
