Im allowed to take coffee or red bull in i know that sounds odd but is true but prefer not to bc fluid intake can result in an increase in blood pressurefluid retention so since these say caffeine i was soldexcept neither the packaging nor the individual wrappers list caffeine or green tea extract

Called the canadian company and explained and yes these do contain 49 mg caffeine per bar

Price is about 12 of what they charge in the grocery stores on a per bar basis but for kids getting these in their lunch boxes watch out
