Pros

The chocolate chip flavor is absolutely delicious and perfect for a snack before a workout. It's pretty sweet, sort of like a hearty chocolate chip cookie, but it provides a nice energy boost on trails.

The sell by date is way out and the product arrived in perfect condition. Been buying it for several years now. Awesome deal. Recommend to buy online as in store is usually $1.

Cons

Soy is an estrogenic ingredient. I find these to have way too much sugar and total calories per bar. Makes me a bit bloated.
