Product quality is just topnotch. The quality of these is awesome. Used these for a repackaging project making over 2500 boxes in a 10 day period. They've lasted a week so far.

Shipping
Especially shipping was dome within one day.
I may be lucky to have to stock available nearby or something but i ordered sunday, arrived monday.
Packaging/appearance
I cut packaging time 80% and material use 40% on my first day using them!
Came in package was good product works great
One tape gun in the pack broke near the end, but that was only after it was used to make over 1000 boxes.
Competitiveness
We are really hard on these things and they've lasted a week so far which is better than the last ones of another brand.
I got the three tape gun (with tape) set and it’s a cadillac compared to the one my wife bought at ups.

When you are packing your house just go ahead and get three tape dispensers
