Price was good and delivery was so speedy!
Some green teas are bitter , this one is a great tasting tea for a decent price.
At this price it matches sainsburys price when on offer.
Packaging/appearance
I do have an issue with the packaging, it’s a bit awkward to use.
Competitiveness
It is a trusted brand and i will continue to buy the same from amazon.
A very strong flavour and much better than other brands that i have had.

The box opens sideways and the teabags are wrapped in 40s rather than 20s and the teabags are annoyingly joined together

Gave 4 stars because it arrived shrink wrapped in plastic with plastic puff bags to stop it moving around as well
