As another reviewer mentioned peel off the light blue plastic on the charging connectors of the earbuds so you can get these into pairing mode

Next i connected the low latency adapter to my pc via the usb port

The gaming aspect has to do with spatial awareness and input lag bot of which are stellar on these buds minimal lag and great codecs to keep track of the sound the enemies make in video games

The active noise cancellation works pretty well though not as good as the overhear headphones i have with active noise cancellation
