They fit well and have just a touch of roominess to wiggle around in. You want them to fit snugly at first, because they will stretch a bit. The upper is also firm, not stretchy.

Got these for my 72 yr old mother. Bought these on one of amazon's flash sales. They're a top-notch product.
Material is comfortable and very supportive of arches. They're a comfortable and stylish way to keep my feet warm. They’re super comfy, i have les back pain when i wear them.
Cons
These are absolutely terrible. They are not. Utter waste of money. Not worth the hype or price. The only thing i can think is they are paying a ton of people to write a tons of reviews.

They run slightly big so i wouldnt wear them in nonoptimal conditions as you may slide around the shoe too much

Recommend sizing up by 12 a size

Also if you are pregnant i would advise to order up in size as well since the swelling will not allow your feet to fit in
