Pros

Perfect for threading yarn onto a tapestry needle. Makes it so much more easier to get yarn thru needle eye. I use this to thread embroidery floss on size 26 tapestry needles.

Make needlepointing easier for my old eyes. Works well with any needle that is not super small. With thicker thread & smaller needles it tends to get caught in the eye but with wiggling it pulls through great.

I didn’t realize that one didn’t open past a 90° angle, and that angle and weight of the metal piece makes it super awkward to use.

Seems a little pricy, but clover isn't cheap & it wasn't carried in our local craft stores.

A little pricey, but i expect it to last a long time; the metal eye feels sturdy and doesn’t bend very easily.
