Pros & Cons
Pros
The silicone cup is what makes this thimble so great. This are great and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that i didn't find it sooner, but so thankful i have it now.
The metal tip has just the right amount of dimple to get a good purchase on the needle. It fits on my finger snugly and stays there. It molds to your finger and doesn't slip around.
The silicone feels really durable and the metal is nice and strong. The rubber helps to pull the needle through. You get the benefit of the metal tip for pushing in at stubborn spots.
It's comfortable enough to wear for hours. It stays on because of the rubbery side, it has a little give, plus it grips. It stretches and stays put.
