Pros

Works great on my shetland wool but also merino. When you need to felt a larger area this is an excellent time saver. Works fantastic for flat or semi flat needle felting work.

It's made really sturdy, & comes with a plastic guard. I especially love the needle protector which keeps you from stabbing yourself. Fine needles with protective covering to reduce self stabbing.

Quality is excellent, with clever design and quiet spring-loaded action. Works well, smoothly and seems to be sturdy. Not all needles fit it so you do need to oder from the same brand.

Cons

The steel is thin and brittle. But these really are fragile. Maybe it's because the clear plastic safety piece presses against the fibers and keeps them from integrating.

I initially tried to save money and get the cheaper one from a different company, jokes on me it couldn’t even compare.

Adore all clover brand products and this is no exception!

All the clover brand items i’ve purchased have been better than their competitors.

The only thing i have a problem is not all needles fit it so you do need to oder from the same brand.
