Amazon itself packacked the first set irresponsibly (too much weight in a box which fell apart and ended up getting returned to sender) on the first order which was fulfilled by amazon, a second set directly from cms magnetics had a mixup on the number of magnets delivered but a single email to the company quickly cleared the whole mess up.  Read Less
