To use with an existing pinstyle name badge only requires half of this magnet pair and it is not necessary to remove the existing name badge pin

I didnt quite understand that the little white piece of paper that looks like it is peeling off is sticky

The adhesive is always on straight and centered unlike some others where it hangs over the edge and ends up looking shoddy or causing more work to clean it up
