This diffuser comes with everything you need except for the oil the diffuser unit the ac plug with a very very long cord makes it easier to use a wall outlet that may be located far from where you want to set the diffuser a measuring cup and instruction booklet you can tell that the instructions were not written by a native english speaker however its still understandable

The oval shaped plastic hold is just to measure water which means you have the diffuser base and lid and a power cord thats it
