I bought one that was perported to by unused and in new condition the top flag retaining ring was broken and the topper was missing

The flagpole was easy to install cemented in the sleeve provided inserted pvc into the bottom section and scoped up with my dallas cowboy flag proudly displaying this is cowboy country for all to see

If youve never hung a flag before trust me its a constant problem without this rotating connector system
