Installation is simple if you are used to doing this sort of thing. The fixture was professionally installed and took some time, aka expense, but is worth it.

Cons

The wire nuts are too small. Looks like manufactured poorly.

There is a seam on both fabrics that is super noticable. The cork is separating and/or cracking along the top of shade (in pics you can likely see without zooming, but zooming you can def see it, along with a cobweb, lol).
