Pros

The press is easy to use & functions well every time. It works perfect for my at home/hobby type work. Super easy to program and set up. It's super easy to put together.

It's a pretty frustrating process but i use it for shirts 99% of the time so to me it does exactly what i need it to. Changing the attachments out is easy. Pressed a few shirts and a hat with no issue.

Cons

First impression is it feels very cheaply made, 2nd is. Save your money. Amazon fulfilled is what i was told to look for -by an amazon agent-i did, as she suggested and sub-par service and product is what i received, this is not acceptable.

The top plate itself is very wobbly. Moving the machine the way i'm supposed to, flakes it off too. Plus the instruction manual needs to be redone to make sense.

Heat press temperature is very inaccurate. When i try, all it does is loudly beep. Some cable like a burning. Tried different outlets and pressed the reset button behind the unit just in case.

The box itself was a little banged up (probably from shipping), but nothing major.

Competitiveness

This is my first actual press aside from a cricut press.

Wife uses with her cricut and really likes over using just an iron.

They offered to ship another out at a discount price.
