Pros

Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal. There are some other brands for well over $100+, but this one is amazing!

Great for strengthening, stretching, and hanging for back pain. I just wish the material was softer. She feels * while yogaing which makes for outstanding.

Extremely sturdy, but i will say- be sure you know exactly how sturdy your mounting location is.
