J'ai aussi l'impression que ça va me durer longtemps. C'est normal selon moi. Mais j'imagine que �ça va avec le fait qu'il est robuste. Bien sûr qu’il faut le laver après.
Cons
Poor workmanship. Does ok for regular french fries and carrots, but it doesn't cut sweet potatoes and turnip. Hard to install the screws clip.

I had bought a well known cutter from a certain pot and pan manufacturer and it broke in a week, totally garbage.
This works like a commercial style cutter and makes short work of a 10 pound bag of potatoes in no time.

Not that it is difficult in reality but because they use a couple of cclamps and confusing pictures so you are bound to repeatedly assemble and disassemble it
