Update 20170414 after working with the vendor they have fully refunded the cost of the chair as we couldnt get it working correctly and they are working on their side looking into things

The rating for this is changed as they where responsive and took ownership of the issue and when it didnt work they refunded the cost

To me that defines an outstanding company that is willing to work with you and take any steps necessary to fix the issue with the customer including a refund

Update 20170412 ive been in touch with the vendor about the chair trying to tweak or change things to fix it

Even have offered to refund if we cant figure out what is wrong and have been working with their folks to figure out on their side if something was wrong
