Pros

The shorter handle is less unwieldy and more ergonomic. It makes scooping the litter box a breeze compared to scooping with a smaller plastic scoop. The perk is this may not break down like the plastic ones.

This scooper is a gem. After a zillion cat litter tries, the zero-clay garfield corn & something litter is my favorite. It makes perfect pee clod sculptures, lol.

This is sturdy enough to scrape the bottom hard stuff in the cat box. It is an absolute beast. Very strong and sturdy.

Cons

Not even hard plastic. Its like trying to scoop poop with a wet noodle. It's actually very large, which makes it cumbersome to use.

The metal is thick so it's really hard to scrape the sides of the litter box. The slots in the scoop itself are quite large so pieces do fall through easily. Scooping anything makes the handle bend drastically.

This one actually seems to work with the aluminum non-stick feature.

I purchased this scoop with the intent that it would be sturdy and it is.

Price

It's extremely sturdy and worth the price.

Like i said, well worth the extra cost.

Packaging/appearance

I love that it picks up alot of waste at once but i wish the holes were smaller to pick up the little pieces of waste in the litterbox.

The scoop corners are rounded so getting into the litter box corners a challenge but do able.
