Pros
Inside is very soft so i'm not worried about the pen flopping around in there or anything. Does the pen with cartridge, charger, extra cartridge and has room to spare.

Could probably get away with a 2nd assembled penits a hard shell plastic case you could probably sit on it

But to protect the pen in my opinion i would not get anything bigger for the surface pen storage
