Pros & Cons
Pros
Case fits omron series 10 device and omron comfit cuff perfectly. Has room for machine, cuff, manual, and cord. Also has room for ac adaptor and spare batteries.
The case itself is sturdy and resists crushing when stored in a suitcase. The case has a strap which makes it easy to carry. The hard case is durable, with formed interior to keep the cuff and reader firmly positioned, well made, zip closure.
Cons
It is too small and too tight a fit to get the monitor and cuff in and then get it zipped up. Difficult to install under mattress and properly fasten it to the bed frame.
Meter can't be used without test stripe. The app that goes with it, however, has problems. Seems to me that this very important medical device should come with proof of calibration.
Highlights
Quality
Perfect fit and great quality i could not be happier
The case is well made of good quality materials and appears it would last a long time.
However, the tube has to be detached from the monitor in order to close the case with the cuff stored in the lid.
I'm providing the definitive answer: the comfit cuff that comes with the omron 10 series bp 7450 fits perfectly in this case.
Price
The bag is black to match anything, it’s hard/durable, the inside nice and soft, easy to carry/open and the price is reasonable.
Competitiveness
Best part, depth is same all around so get space than the triangle models.

I ordered this specifically because it said it was for an omron 7

The omron 7 i recently bought has two difficulties fitting into this case 1 it is wedgeshaped in the height like the one shown but it is wider and not as deep

You cant turn it sideways to fit because of the height at the top of the wedge and there is not room next to it on any side to tuck the cuff in because 2 the cuff of the omron 7 i bought has a preshaped arm space built in making it kind of a hard tube that goes around your arm and it doesnt collapse flat so it cant fit in the lid and it does not reduce in size to fit behind or next to the unit

The space for the ac adapter purchased separately with the mesh in the corner makes a bulky bundle in that corner if used and wasted space underneath so i am not sure if it will be much help to use that

I dont like the texture of the material on the outside which to me has a rough feel
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The zipper around it is very tight against the inner lining material and a little difficult to operate for someone with handstrength issues
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The case is stiff enough to protect the contents from any crushing damage should it encounter negligent baggage handlers at travel hubs
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The case is a little too small
