Pros

The adjustable strap is fantastic. Also great customer service. Will purchase again and get a different pendant. Only complaint is that the lace is a little rough at the segments where the knots are tied.

It seems to be holding up really well and he loves it. Excellent quality and i really like the packaging. I just wish the cord was a bit higher quality.

Packaging/appearance

Excellent quality and i really like the packaging with the gift box.

Came as expected and is absolutely beautiful

Open to look at it and boxed it back up as its for my husband for christmas.

The stone was advertised as solid black, but arrived as a purple & white marble instead.
