The cushion and pillows are plush and really comfortable, i was surprised to see that the pillows came with the product.
--we put the feet on and my husband was able to have those on in minutes with the help of his power drill.
I would say this furniture piece is absolute perfection with the exception of one minute detail.

There is a small area where, during shipping, the velvet fabric became scratched, or crushed.

This sort of fabric as with so many upholstery fabrics are vulnerable to all sorts of damage and i dont think theres anything they could have done packagingwise to prevent it

My couch arrived with a missing crystal i could cover it with a throw but for someone who wants to show off the couch its a flaw that could continue through th life of the couch
