One just has to prise off the outer insulation and fold back the copper shielding. The cable cutting blades are permanently exposed without protection and razor sharp.

We recently purchased a coaxial cable stripper tool from a different company this grey coloured plastic tool was not expensive but literally fell to pieces the first time it was used this one was definitely not value for money
