They can be hard to fit in your water bottle if the mouth isnt wide enough

You have to soak in warm water to loosen them but then then they begin to melt

Its packaged with just a cardboard sleeve around it so it is exposed to whatever it happens to come into contact with between the factory and when amazon sticks it into an envelope to ship it to you

As is you basically have to turn the mold inside out to get the ice out
