The instructions were clear on how to open the bottle the plastic insert keeping the liquid in the bottle was tough to remove but it eventually came out

On one hand it is good to have that clean fresh scent especially in certain rooms of the house like the bathroom but its not sweet or zesty enough for me to enjoy it as relaxation
