Quality
The materials are durable and the construction quality is really top notch.
All in al though, very pleased with the bag and happy to recommend.
(i have read reviews from people who have experienced quality issues with theirs but mine is too new to address those issues.
However - the zips are of a very poor quality, the material is a bit floppy so the zip mechanism needs help.

After 3 weeks or so all zips were stuck and the bag became unusable

All that being said unless you plan to carry an ultrabook or a similarly thin laptop i would not recommend using this as a laptop bag

The strap also came with a length of extra gridit elastic attached with velcroid would be remiss if i didnt mention the bugbear that 90 of other reviews have mentioned

Aggressively trying to force the zip closed will lead to damage so dont try to brute force it closed
