Pros
Head feels clearer and i have more energy and a general sense of well being. All from one small capsule. Still not 100%, but already have moreenergy to start exercising again.

I felt the capsules were on the large side which doesnt help make it easy to swallow i always took a sip of water first and then again with the capsule

For a few minutes after taking it had a weird taste to it and it was just a little too much at times
