Was recommended to me by a doctor due to bloodwork proving i do have different vitamin deficiencies. When i have bloodwork done, it's evident!
Cons
When i received the product it showed methylcellulose and microcrystalline cellulose (the latter is a common filler, mixed with vitamins to make the capsule look full) from california probably from china. Did not do research.
