If you take this twice daily, it only lasts for 1 month.
Price
I will say for a two-month supply, it’s worth the 40 bucks.
I normally take berberine twice daily to help with blood sugar and cholesterol, but this particular supplement isn't too cost effective.
It is a little on the pricey side.
It is a good value for the money.
Shipping
It's been used in china for thousands of years so it's about time the western world got onboard with something besides big pharma drugs.
So it's manufactured in the usa which normally can mean it's simply put in the box for shipping here.
It came quickly when i ordered it.
I am not always able to find this product in regular stores so it is good to have something i can order and receive quickly when i need it.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging allows rapid oxidation of supplements so they need to be used quickly.
Competitiveness
This brand of berberine is much better than the brand originally recommended to me by my doctor.
Some speculate that ala and berberine together will work synergistically and more powerful together.
And the way i see it is that some is better than none so i am happy to see the ala in this.

Ive jumped on the berberine bandwagon sometime last year and have tried many different types and formulations since then in both liquid and capsule form

This product contains 60 capsules with a serving size of 1 per day

The capsules are a characteristic yellow color as all berberine capsules are and they are also characteristically bitter in taste so you should have a glass of water handy right away
